Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, or has your life been upended by the loss of a significant relationship? Are you struggling in your current relationship and questioning whether to continue? I am passionate about helping people explore these issues and supporting them to find their ground, and path forward.
My approach is collaborative, genuine, caring, non-judgmental, and practical. I offer tools to help clients cope, and assist in problem solving. I believe in working to resolve the underlying issues that lead to distressing symptoms. If you have done talk therapy in the past with limited success, my embodied, mindfulness-based and experiential method will guide you in deeper healing.

My approach is client-centered and tailored to the unique needs of each person.
My methods and orientations are: Internal Family Systems (aka parts work); Brainspotting (somatic mindfulness intervention based on brain science); Positive Psychology, Self-Compassion, Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT); Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic-Existential; and Psychodynamic.
Couples therapy
Relationships can be so rewarding, and hard! I begin by listening to each person share what they think and how they feel about their relationship, as well as what they want from therapy. For example:
Improve communication
Deepen intimacy
Repair broken trust
Explore whether, or how, to separate or divorce
My method is non-blaming, balanced, structured, practical and empathetic.
My theoretical orientations are Emotionally Focused and Gottman Couples Therapy.
Fees and appointments
I offer in-person sessions in my Campbell office as well as Telehealth video and phone sessions.
50-minute sessions are $200 for individuals, and $210 for couples. Private pay accepted (credit card, cash or check).
